摘要
调查了铁路列车运行速度的规律。在铁路沿线选择几个测点，实际测量了一千多个列车运行速度的数据，并根据铁路列车运行图计算统计了各测点的运行速度。将两项数据进行了分析研究，提出了用于铁路列车噪声预测的等效速度的概念。既为环境影响评价——噪声预测模式提供依据，又可供铁路环境噪声预测工作者或环境评价工作者作为参考。
The regular of the velocity of moving trains has been studied.We have selected some surveying places along the railway line and surveyed over one thousand velocity data of trains in motion.Besides,According to the plan of running trains is used.The velocity of trains in motion has been caldulated velocity has been studied.The conception of the equivalent velocity is advanced. It is useful for noise expected in railway.
