摘要
以国内某地铁线路为研究对象,调查并测试了钢轨波磨不平顺,分析了钢轨波磨特征;对实际运行中的地铁车辆进行了振动与车内噪声测试,从时域和频域信号重点分析了分别安装普通扣件和先锋扣件钢轨波磨对车辆振动噪声水平及频谱特性的影响。结果表明,采用先锋扣件的轨道容易产生短波长钢轨波磨;钢轨波磨是导致车辆振动和车内噪声过大的关键因素。研究结果可为地铁线路波磨治理及车辆振动噪声控制提供参考。
With certain metro track in China as the research object,the rail corrugation and irregularity are measured,the features of rail corrugation are analyzed;The vibration and noise inside the running metro vehicles are measured,the effects of corrugation of rail with common fasteners and Pioneer fasteners on vehicle vibration level and frequency spectrum features are mainly analyzed from time domain and frequency domain signals.The result shows that the short wavelength rail corrugation is liable to appear on rail with Pioneer fasteners;Rail corrugation is the key factor to cause vehicle vibration and too sound noise inside vehicles.The result of research can provide reference for corrugation control and vehicle vibration noise control.
