摘要 来自轮轨的振动对一系钢弹簧寿命的影响极大,主要表现在振动幅值和频率方面。地铁钢轨轨面长期运用容易形成规律性波磨。为了研究轨道波磨后的振动对一系钢弹簧的影响,文章对一系钢弹簧进行了动应力测试,并对轨道状态和一系钢弹簧开展了强度计算、断口分析、共振模拟等研究。研究确定了一系钢弹簧断裂的主要原因为:普通短轨枕处的钢轨产生波磨,车辆通过波磨区段的振动频率与一系钢弹簧的固有频率重叠引起共振,导致钢弹簧动应力过大而断裂。最后针对上述原因提出了解决措施,实际应用效果表明,通过钢轨打磨以及改变车辆通过速度可有效提高一系钢弹簧的使用寿命。 The vibration from the wheel-rail has a great impact on the life of the primary steel spring,mainly in vibration amplitude and frequency.The long-term operation of rail surface of metro vehicle is easy to form periodic rail corrugations.In order to study the influence of the vibration after rail corrugation on the primary steel spring,this paper carries out the dynamic stress test of the primary steel spring,and conducts the strength calculation,fracture analysis and resonance simulation of the rail state and the primary steel spring.In this paper,the main reasons for the fracture of the primary steel spring are determined as follows:the rail at the ordinary short sleeper produces corrugation,and the vibration frequency of the vehicle passing through the corrugation section overlaps with the natural frequency of the primary steel spring to cause resonance,resulting in the fracture of the steel spring due to excessive dynamic stress.Finally,the paper proposes the solutions for the above reasons.The actual application effect proves that the service life of the primary steel spring can be effectively extended by grinding the rail and changing the passing speed of vehicle.
