摘要
开放式创新社区充分发挥互联网的平台价值,将时空分散、资源互补、相对独立的知识主体组织起来,通过自发、动态的互动与协作实现多方需求的“一站式”解决。以开放式创新理论为基础、遵循服务主导逻辑,分析开放式创新社区价值共创的主体、资源、情境和过程,构建开放式创新社区价值共创模式的概念框架,包括价值主张、价值创造、价值传递和价值获取等4个核心要素。在此基础上,从构建有效的知识获取机制、知识融合机制、知识共享机制和知识占有机制4个方面,提出保障开放式创新社区价值共创模式的知识治理机制。以期为企业更好地利用群体智慧创造顾客价值提供参考借鉴。
The open innovation community gives full play to the value of the Internet platform,organizes relatively independent knowledge subjects with scattered time and space,complementary resources,and realizes a"one-stop"solution to multiple needs through spontaneous and dynamic interaction and collaboration.Based on the open innovation theory and following the service-dominant logic,this paper analyzes the subject,resources,context and process of value co-creation in the open innovation community,and constructs the conceptual framework of the value co-creation model of the open innovation community,which including 4 core elements such as value proposition,value creation,value transmission and value acquisition.On this basis,a knowledge governance mechanism that guarantees the value co-creation model of the open innovation community is proposed from four aspects of constructing an effective knowledge acquisition mechanism,knowledge fusion mechanism,knowledge sharing mechanism and knowledge possession mechanism.It aims to provide a reference for companies to make better use of group wisdom to create customer value.
