摘要
本研究旨在揭示社区信息生态环境下用户分享行为的动机和影响因素,从而为优化社区信息管理和提升用户参与度提供理论支持和实践指导。本文采用定量与定性相结合的研究方法,通过smartpls4.0软件对262份问卷数据进行了处理和分析。研究发现,信息质量、社区氛围等因素是影响开放式创新社区信息分享行为的主要因素。研究不仅丰富了信息生态理论和开放式创新社区的相关研究,也为社区管理者提供了有针对性的建议,有助于优化社区信息环境,提升用户的信息分享意愿和活跃度。
In order to reveal the motivation and influencing factors of users’ sharing behaviours under the community information ecosystem, it provides theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing community information management and enhancing user participation. Using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, 262 pieces of data were processed and analyzed through a questionnaire survey using smartpls4.0 software. It was found that factors such as information quality and community atmosphere are the main factors influencing information sharing behaviour in open innovation communities. It not only enriches the information ecology theory and the related research on open innovation communities, but also provides targeted suggestions for community managers, which can help optimize the community information environment and enhance users’ willingness and activity in information sharing.
