摘要
目的探究妊娠期糖尿病孕妇给予综合护理干预措施,对胎儿宫内窘迫的影响。方法该文以该院2017年1月—2020年4月接收的90例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇为研究对象,按孕妇所接受的不同护理干预方式给予随机分组,采取常规护理与综合护理的两组分别为对照组与观察组,各45例,对比两组血糖指标、胎儿宫内窘迫、并发症情况及妊娠结局。结果观察组孕妇经干预,空腹血糖(5.16±0.42)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(9.83±1.73)mmol/L,发生胎儿宫内窘迫3例(11.1%)、胎动次数异常13例(28.9%)及宫缩间隙胎心率异常12例(26.7%)等并发症,发生剖宫产14(31.1%)、新生儿黄疸3例(6.7%)、妊娠高血压8例(17.8%)及羊水过多2例(4.4%),均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.845、4.514,χ^(2)=4.444、4.630、7.756、4.630、5.414、7.465、5.075,P<0.05)。结论给予妊娠期糖尿病孕妇综合护理,血糖控制效果较为理想,对胎儿宫内窘迫及其他并发症具有降低作用,改善了孕妇的妊娠结局。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions for pregnant women with gestational diabetes on fetal distress.Methods In this paper,90 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were admitted in the hospital from January 2017 to April 2020 were taken as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the different nursing interventions received by the pregnant women.The two groups that took conventional care and comprehensive care were respectively;the control group and the observation group had 45 patients in each group.The blood glucose indicators,fetal distress,complications,and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,pregnant women in the observation group showed fasting blood glucose(5.16±0.42)mmol/L,blood glucose 2 h after meal(9.83±1.73)mmol/L,fetal distress 3 cases(11.1%),abnormal fetal movement 13 cases(28.9%)and contractions Intermittent fetal heart rate abnormalities 12 cases(26.7%)and other complications,cesarean section 13 cases(28.9%),neonatal jaundice 3 cases(6.7%),pregnancy-induced hypertension 8 cases(17.8%)and polyhydramnios 2(4.4%)pregnant women,were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.845,4.514,χ^(2)=4.444,4.630,7.756,4.630,5.414,7.465,5.075,P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive care of pregnant women with gestational diabetes can control blood glucose,reduce fetal distress and other complications,and improve the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women.
