摘要
目的研究妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者行综合护理干预的价值。方法研究对象为2018年1月—2019年11月该院收治的80例GDM患者,采纳"护理差异性"随机分观察组(综合护理干预)与对照组(常规护理),各40例,比较两组护理效果。结果干预前比较两组血糖值、心理情绪评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组FPG、2 h PG及Hb A1c指标较对照组均低;SAS、SDS评分较对照组均低(P<0.05);观察组满意率(97.50%)高于对照组(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率(5.00%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能提高GDM患者护理效果、改善妊娠结局。
Objective To study the value of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with gestational diabetes(GDM).Methods The object of the study was 80 patients with GDM admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to November 2019.They were randomly divided into the observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention)and the control group(routine nursing)with 40 cases of the observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention)and the control group(routine nursing),and comparing the nursing effect of the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose and psychological emotion score between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group(5.00%)was lower than the control group(20.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the nursing effect of GDM patients and improve pregnancy outcome.
