摘要
目的 探究妊娠糖尿病患者采用护理干预对血糖控制及妊娠结果的影响。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年1月临沂市兰山区方城中心医院收治的80例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象。按抽签方式随机将患者分为对照组和研究组,对照组40例患者采用基础护理,研究组40例患者采用综合性护理干预。对比两组患者血糖水平、满意度及依从性。结果 研究组空腹血糖、分娩时血糖、餐后2 h血糖分别是(4.41±1.29)、(5.69±0.97)、(5.73±0.76)mmol/L,优于对照组的(5.62±1.26)、(6.71±1.01)、(6.79±0.84)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度(97.50%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组依从性为95.00%,远高于对照组患者的(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用综合性的护理干预,对妊娠糖尿病患者来说,能有效控制其血糖值水平,取得患者满意,患者的依从性高。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients admitted to Fangcheng Central Hospital of Lanshan District,Linyi City from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group by lottery,40 patients in the control group used basic nursing care,and 40 patients in the study group used comprehensive nursing intervention.The blood glucose level,satisfaction and adherence of patients in the two groups were compared.Results Fasting blood glucose,blood glucose at delivery,and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the study group were(4.41±1.29)mmol/L,(5.69±0.97)mmol/L,and(5.73±0.76)mmol/L,respectively,which were better than those of the control group,(5.62±1.26)mmol/L,(6.71±1.01)mmol/L,and(6.79±0.84)mmol/L,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction in the study group(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adherence in the study group was 95.00%,which was much higher than that of the control patients(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing interventions for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can effectively control the level of their blood glucose values,achieve patient satisfaction and high patient compliance.
