摘要
目的探讨和分析围产期护理干预在妊娠合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2016年7月—2018年3月我院收治的90例妊娠合并糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据入选患者接受护理干预措施的不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组44例给予常规护理干预,观察组46例在对照组基础上给予围产期护理干预。比较两组患者在护理前及出院时的血糖水平、对护理工作的评价及患者生产后母婴并发症发生率。结果出院时,观察组患者餐后2 h血糖水平、空腹血糖水平及糖化血红蛋白水平均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的母婴并发症发生率为8.69%(4/46),明显低于对照组的29.55%(13/44),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者对护理工作评价满意度明显优于对照组(95.65%vs.75.00%)(P <0.05)。结论通过对妊娠合并糖尿病患者实施围产期护理干预措施,可以有效改善患者血糖水平,减少母婴并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of perinatal nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes.Methods The clinical data of 90 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to March 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the different nursing interventions.The control group was given routine nursing intervention in 44 cases,while the observation group was given perinatal nursing intervention in 46 cases on the basis of the control group.The blood sugar level before nursing and at discharge,the evaluation of nursing work and the incidence of complications of mothers and infants after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results When discharged from hospital,the blood sugar level,fasting blood sugar level and glycosylated hemoglobin level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal and infant complications in the observation group was 8.69%(4/46),which was significantly lower than 29.55%(13/44)in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing evaluation in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(95.65%vs.75.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of perinatal nursing interventions for pregnant patients with diabetes,it can effectively improve the blood sugar level of patients and reduce the incidence of maternal and child complications.
