摘要
目的研究妊娠合并糖尿病患者围产期护理干预效果。方法本次研究选取的对象为2015年11月1日—2016年10月31日收治的妊娠合并糖尿病患者78例,按照抽签法分为对照组(常规护理干预)和观察组(针对性的围产期护理干预),每组39例。对比两组各项指标。结果观察组妊娠合并糖尿病患者护理后的血糖水平、母婴并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠合并糖尿病患者围产期实施针对性的护理干预可使其血糖水平得到有效控制,使母婴并发症发生率降低。
Objective To study the effect of perinatal nursing intervention on pregnant patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 78 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients from November 1, 2015 to October 31, 2016 treated in our hospital were selected as object, according to the draw method, they were divided into control group （routine nursing intervention） and observation group （targeted perinatal nursing intervention）, 39 eases in each group. The indicators between two groups were compared. Results The blood glucose level and the incidence of maternal and infant complications were better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention can control the blood glucose level and reduce the incidence of maternal and infant complications in the perinatal period.
