摘要
目的研究并分析风险评估在医院感染管理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年10月—2019年10月为研究时间点,由医院感染管理委员会组建风险评估小组,采用头脑风暴法对该院各科室进行风险评估,并将统计结果进行归纳整理。结果该院各个科室均存在感染风险,其中以口腔,胃镜,中医针灸康复科和感染性疾病科风险最高,烧伤科、老年科次之;风险较低2个科室为手外科、精神科。经统计感染风险的类别有3种,即工作过程、工作结果及管理风险,而感染风险项目总计17项,其中工作结果有4项,且权重系数为1.0,是风险指数最高的;其次是工作过程中风险最多,有9项,权重系数为0.8;最后管理风险相对于前两项较低,有4项,权重系数为0.6。经风险评估整改后,手卫生及医务人员个人防护合格率,环境微生物检测合格率,均大幅提高。且都优于风险评估整改前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险评估在医院感染管理中的应用效果显著,能够清晰统计出医院存在风险,并将其进行评定,便于整改。
Objective To study and analyze the application effect of risk assessment in hospital infection management.Methods Selected October 2017 to October 2019 as the research time point,a risk assessment team was formed by the hospital infection management committee,and the risk assessment of each department in the hospital was carried out by brainstorming,and the statistical results were summarized and sorted.Results All departments in the hospital were at risk of infection.Among them,the oral cavity,gastroscopy,TCM acupuncture and rehabilitation department and infectious disease department have the highest risk,followed by burns and geriatrics.The two low-risk departments were hand surgery and psychiatry.According to statistics,there were three types of infection risk,namely,work process,work result,and management risk.There were 17 items of infection risk in total,of which there were 4 work results,and the weight coefficient was 1.0,which was the highest risk index;followed by work process risk,which is the most,with 9 items with a weight coefficient of 0.8;the final management risk was lower than the first two items,with 4 items with a weight coefficient of 0.6.After the risk assessment and rectification,the pass rate of hand hygiene and personal protection of medical staff,and the pass rate of environmental microbiological testing had increased significantly.And they were all better than before the risk assessment and rectification,the diference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of risk assessment in hospital infection management is significant.It can clearly count the risks in the hospital and evaluate them,which is convenient for rectification.
