摘要
文章对我院外科风险管理中风险诱发原因进行探讨,并结合相关因素制定有效的管理措施。风险管理措施的实施能够从根本上降低不良事件的发生,对于提升医疗安全水平、保障患者以及医务人员安全有着积极的作用。风险管理能够保障医疗卫生事业安全,减少医疗风险,对于医院感染防控有着不可替代的功能和作用,还能够进一步提升医院卫生管理水平,降低外科风险的发生,对于保障患者以及家属合法权益不受影响也有着较大的促进作用,值得在今后的管理过程中使用。
In this article, the causes of risk induction in surgical risk management in our hospital was explored, and to develop effective management measures in combination with relevant factors. The implementation of risk management measures can fundamentally reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and have a positive effect on improving the level of medical safety and safeguarding the safety of patients and medical personnel.Risk management can guarantee the safety of medical and health services, reduce medical risks, have irreplaceable functions and effects for the prevention and control of nosocomial infections,and can further improve the level of hospital health management,and have a positive effect and impact on reducing the occurrence of surgical risks. It also has a great role in promoting the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of patients and their families. It is worth using and promoting in the management process in the future.
