医院感染预防与控制专业人员岗位胜任力指标体系的构建研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的本研究基于胜任力理论及动机理论,为明确岗位能力要求,构建医院感染控制人员岗位胜任力评价指标体系,为医院感染管理与课程体系建设提供理论依据和可行性建议。方法本研究从2020年12月至2021年5月通过进行文献研究和开展专家访谈提炼问题并拟定初稿,并采用德尔菲法对21名医院感染领域的专家进行2轮咨询后确立感染控制人员岗位胜任力指标体系。结果经过2轮专家的咨询,问卷回收率均为100%,权威系数为0.833和0.863,最终构建的医院感染控制人员岗位胜任力指标体系包含4个一级指标、11个二级指标及46个三级指标。结论感染控制人员岗位胜任力指标体系合理可靠、科学实用、内容全面,信度效度较好,可以为我国基层应用型感染控制人才培养提供参考。 Objective To construct a competency evaluation index system for nosocomial infection control personnel to clarify the post competency requirements and to provide theoretical basis and feasible suggestions for nosocomial infection management and curriculum system construction,based on the competence theory and motivation theory.Methods From December 2020 to May 2021,this study conducted literature research and expert interviews to extract problems and draw up a preliminary draft,and adopted the Delphi method to conduct two rounds of consultation with 21 experts in the field of nosocomial infection,and then established the post competency index system of infection control personnel.Results After two rounds of expert consultation,the questionnaire recovery rate was 100%,the authority coefficient was 0.833 and 0.863,and the final competency index system of hospital infection control personnel included four first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 46 third-level indicators.Conclusion The post competency index system of infection control personnel is reasonable,reliable,scientific,and practical,comprehensive in content,and has good reliability and validity,which can provide reference for the training of application-oriented infection control personnel at grassroots level in China.
