摘要
目的:探讨手术室细节护理管理在医院感染控制中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1-6月于吴川市妇幼计划生育服务中心诊疗的60例手术患者为研究对象,按照随机抽样准则将患者分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组患者给予常规手术室护理管理,研究组患者给予手术室细节护理管理,比较两组患者医院感染发生概率、护理满意度和两组护理人员手术室护理管理考核合格率。结果:研究组患者医院感染率低于对照组,护理满意度优于对照组,研究组护理人员手术室护理管理考核合格率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对手术患者给予手术室细节护理管理可有效降低医院感染风险,有效提升护理人员的护理能力,提高手术室管理质量,值得向临床推广实施。
Objective: To explore the application effect of detailed nursing management in operating room in nosocomial infection control. Methods: Sixty surgical patients who were diagnosed and treated in Wuchuan Maternal and Child Family Planning Service Center from January 2021 to June 2021 were taken as the subjects. They were divided into control group and study group according to random sampling standard, with 30 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing management in the operating room, and patients in the study group were given detailed nursing management in the operating room.The nosocomial infection rate, nursing satisfaction rate and passing rate of nursing management in the operating room were compared in two groups. Results: The nosocomial infection rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was better than that of the control group, the passing rate of nursing management in the operating room of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The detailed nursing management in the operating room for surgical patients can effectively reduce the risk of nosocomial infection, and effectively improve the nursing ability of nurses and improve the quality of operating room management.It is worthy of clinical promotion and implementation.
