摘要
目的对手术室细节护理在小儿腹腔镜手术中的干预效果进行调查。方法抽取60例腹腔镜手术患儿为调查样本,采用随机分组分为两组,各30例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予手术室细节护理,比较患儿护理后并发症发生率、家属满意度、手术康复情况以及焦虑情绪。结果观察组患儿并发症发生率为3.3%,对照组为20.0%,差异具有统计有意义(χ^(2)=4.04,P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属满意度高为100.0%,对照组为76.7%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.92,P<0.05)。观察组患儿手术时间(30.6±5.7)min、康复(胃肠通气、场面愈合、住院)时间(17.4±4.2)h、(4.3±0.7)d、(5.4±0.6)d以及术中出血量(28.5±4.3)mL,均短于(或少于)对照组(43.2±4.2)min、(22.6±3.5)h、(5.7±1.2)d、(7.3±0.8)d、(39.7±6.8)mL,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.20~10.40,P<0.05)。护理后观察组患儿负面情绪评分(7.6±1.2)分、(7.6±2.3)分,低于对照组(9.4±1.5)分、(10.3±1.6)分,差异具备统计学意义(t=5.13、6.91,P<0.05)。结论手术室细节护理能够降低并发症发生率,提升家属护理满意度,促进患儿康复。
Objective To investigate intervention effect of operating room detail nursing in pediatric laparoscopic surgery.Methods The paper chose 60 children with laparoscopic surgery and divided them into two groups randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing and observation group with detailed nursing in operating room.Incidence of complications,family satisfaction degree,surgical rehabilitation and anxiety was compared.Results complications incidence in observation group was 3.3%and that was 20.0%in control group,difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.04,P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of family members of children in observation group was 100.0%,that of control group was 76.7%,difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.92,P<0.05).Operation time(30.6±5.7)min,rehabilitation time(gastrointestinal ventilation,surface healing,length of stay)(17.4±4.2)h,(4.3±0.7)d,(5.4±0.6)d and intraoperative bleeding volume(28.5±4.3)ml in observation group was shorter than(or less than)control group(43.2±4.2)min,(22.6±3.5)h,(5.7±1.2)d,(7.3±0.8)d,(39.7±6.8)ml,difference was statistically significant(t=5.20-10.40,P<0.05).After nursing,negative emotion scores of children in observation group(7.6±1.2),(7.6±2.3)were lower than control group(9.4±1.5),(10.3±1.6),difference was statistically significant(t=5.13,6.91,P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing in operating room can reduce complications incidence,improve nursing satisfaction degree of family members and promote rehabilitation of children.
