摘要
目的 对比分析手术室护理中应用细节护理、常规护理的预后效果,为手术室护理工作提供参考。方法 选取昌邑市人民医院手术室2019年9月至2020年5月的200例手术治疗患者,根据手术室护理方法进行对照组与观察组分组,对照组、观察组患者分别采取常规护理、细节护理干预,各100例,对比两组仪器设备管理、消毒隔离以及器械准备等各项指标评分j及满意度。结果 组间仪器设备管理、消毒隔离以及器械准备等各项指标评分差异显著,观察组指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间护理满意度方面分析,观察组总满意度(98.00%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与常规护理比较,细节护理干预效果更为理想,整体上提升了手术室护理质量、护理安全,患者满意度高。
Objective To compare and analyze prognostic effect of detail nursing and routine nursing in operating room nursing,and provide reference for operating room nursing.Methods The paper chose 200 cases surgical treatment patients in operating room of our hospital from September 2019 to may 2020,and divided them into control group and observation group according to nursing methods in operating room,100 cases in each group,approved by the ethics committee.Control group and observation group were treated with routine nursing and detailed nursing intervention respectively.Results There were significant difference in scores of instrument and equipment management,disinfection and isolation and instrument preparation between groups.Index scores of observation group were higher than control group (P<0.05);total satisfaction degree of observation group (98.00%) was higher than control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing,detail nursing intervention can achieve more ideal effect,improve nursing quality and safety in operating room totally,with higher satisfaction degree of patients.
