摘要
MOOC凭借其资源多元化、使用便捷性、参与自主性风靡全球,但已有研究表明MOOC因缺乏面对面的人际交流,其讨论效果难以达到传统教学的效果。以中国大学MOOC平台中的30门课程为研究对象,对这些课程的5750个主题的讨论质量进行打分,运用回归分析法,探索MOOC设计、学习参与和讨论质量的关系。结果表明,教学内容、课程时长、课程评价、课程参与对讨论质量有显著影响。根据研究结果,在提高讨论质量上,对MOOC课程设计者提出了相关建议。
MOOC has swept around the world through the pluralism of its resources,the convenience of its usage,and the autonomy of its participation,but there are some researches which have indicated that MOOC cannot reach the effect of traditional teaching because of its lack of face-to-face interpersonal communication.Taking 30 curricula of Chinese University MOOC platform as research object,the author has scored the discussion quality of 5,750 themes of these curricula,and by using regression analysis,has discussed the correlation among MOOC design,learning participation and discussion quality.The results show that the teaching content,the length of courses,curriculum evaluation,and curriculum participation have an obvious influence on discussion quality.According to the research results,the author has put forward relative suggestions on MOOC curriculum designers in the aspect of improving discussion quality.
