摘要
在"大众创业,万众创新"的政策背景下,高校教师踊跃的创业行为使其发生了由"学者"到"创业者"的角色演变,两种角色之间的关系并非简单的迭代,而是相互依存,并在一些情况下产生了矛盾和冲突。与此同时,国家和社会对高校教师的衡量和评价不仅仅是局限于传统的学术标准,而是开始遵循现代社会的市场经济标准,这一举措极大促进了高校教师的角色转换。通过辩证分析高校教师角色的演变与冲突,可以明确高校教师责任与担当,并从国家与学校层面提出合理的调适对策建议,正确地引导高校教师创业行为。
Under the policy background of"Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation",the entrepreneurial behavior of university teachers drives them to change from"scholars"into"entrepreneurs".The close relationship between the two roles is not simple iteration,but interdependence,and in some cases brings contradictions and conflicts.At the same time,the measurement and evaluation of university teachers by the state and society are not limited to the traditional academic standards,but begin to follow the market economy standards of modern society,which greatly promotes the role transformation of university teachers.Based on the dialectical analysis of the evolution and conflict of the role of university teachers,this paper clarifies the responsibilities and undertakings of university teachers,and puts forward reasonable mediating measures and suggestions from the national and school level to correctly guide the entrepreneurial behavior of university teachers.
