摘要
随着知识经济对创新人才的迫切需求,高等教育必然融入到创新教育改革的行列。创新教育的根本是要有创新型教师,然而,目前高校不少教师对自己在新的教育形势下缺乏准确定位,提高方向不明确,缺乏创新意识和创新精神,致使高等教育质量并没有随着学校规模的扩大和条件的改善而提高,导致人才质量与规格不符合社会需求。
With the demands for the innovating talents, the higher education needs reforming. The innovating educators are fundamental to the pioneering education. However, many teachers of colleges and universities are lack of knowledge about their own positions in the new type of education, not certain about their ways to improve themselves, and wanting in consciousness of making innovations, which causes colleges and universities not to be able to develop with the larger scale and the better conditions.
