摘要
创新素质教育是适应知识经济时代的一种新的教育思想和教育体系。实施创新素质教育对于培养高素质的创新人才,贯彻“科教兴国”战略,提高我国的综合国力具有极其重要的意义。本文叙述了创新素质教育的内涵、实施创新素质教育的意义,并结合实际阐发了实施创新素质教育的主要途径。
Innovation of qualification education is a new sort of educational thought and educational system, which adapts to the knowledgeable and ecnomic age. Carrying out the innovation of qualification education possesses quite important meanings on developing innovative persons with high quality, implementing the strategy of ＂science and education promoting country＂ ,increasing our comprehensive national power. This artical states the content of innovation qualification education and the meaning of developing innovation of qualification education, meanwhile, associated with facts, the main methods of carrying out innovation of qualification education.
