摘要
基于资源基础理论,探讨资源、资源管理对企业生态创新及财务绩效的影响,以482家制造企业为样本进行实证研究。研究表明,各类资源显著正向影响企业生态创新行为,目前企业生态创新更依赖外部资源;内外部资源又通过资源管理的中介作用间接影响企业生态创新,生态创新能有效提高企业财务绩效。研究探明了资源、资源管理对企业生态创新的实现路径,有助于指导企业生态创新实践。
The article explores the impact of resources and resource management on eco-innovations and financial performance based on the resource-based theory.482 manufacturing enterprises were taken as samples for empirical research.The research shows that all kinds of resources have significant positive impact on eco-innovation behaviors.At present,enterprises are more dependent on external resources in the process of eco-innovation.The internal and external resources indirectly influence enterprise eco-innovations mediated by resource management,and ecoinnovation can effectively improve financial performance of enterprises.The realization path of resources and resource management to enterprise’s ecological innovation is proved,which provides theoretical guide for enterprises to implement eco-innovations.
