摘要
新时代乡村治理体系研究论纲围绕研究总纲、核心议题、方法论基础和研究视角四个方面进行理论阐释。从总体论分析,新时代乡村治理体系可以从时间、空间、内容、领导、社会、伦理、技术等多个维度进行理论建构和总体性阐释。从主题论分析,新时代乡村治理体系研究围绕乡村治理体系的历史演变、乡村治理的基本经验、乡村治理中的若干核心关系和乡村治理体系的建构路径等作为核心议题。从方法论分析,新时代乡村治理体系研究需要综合运用文献研究法、历史分析法、系统集成法、学科交叉法、辩证分析法和比较研究法。从视角论分析,新时代乡村治理体系研究从历史视角、文化视角、政治视角、伦理视角、法治视角、技术视角六个方面进行理论建构。
The research outline of the rural governance system in the new era is explained from four aspects:the general outline,the core issues,the methodological basis and the research perspective.From the perspective of totality,the rural governance system in the new era can be theoretically constructed and interpreted in terms of time,space,content,leadership,society,ethics,technology and other dimensions.From the perspective of theme theory,the research on rural governance system in the new era focuses on the historical evolution of rural governance system,the basic experience of rural governance,several core relationships in rural governance and the construction path of rural governance system.From the perspective of methodology,the research on rural governance system in the new era needs to comprehensively use the literature research method,historical analysis method,system integration method,interdisciplinary method,dialectical analysis method.From the analysis perspective,the research on rural governance system in the new era is theoretically constructed from six perspectives:historical perspective,cultural perspective,political perspective,ethical perspective,rule of law perspective,and technical perspective.
