江西高校高级岗位设置管理的现状与对策

摘要 高级岗是高校岗位设置管理的重点和关键。研究高级岗结构比例是深化人事制度改革、促进高校人才发展的重要课题。以江西高校为例,历史地分析了我国高校岗位管理的阶段性特征,比较研究了部分省份高校高级岗结构比例设置差异,发现江西高校高级岗结构比例供需矛盾突出,严重制约江西高质量跨越式发展和高层次人才队伍建设。建议在江西高校适时推广编制备案制、建立岗位动态调整机制和合理提高高级岗结构比例。 Senior post is the emphases and key of post setting management in colleges and universities.The researches on the structure in proportion of senior posts are significant in deepening the reform on personnel system and promoting talent development in colleges and universities.This research was based on colleges and universities in Jiangxi province,analyzed the stage characteristics of position statement in Chinese universities in terms of time;compared the structure in proportion of senior post in several provinces.Then we found the prominent contradiction between supply and demand on proportion of senior posts in the universities and colleges lie in Jiangxi,which severely constrains Jiangxi on its leaping development and the construction of its high-level talent team.It was suggested to popularize the record preparation system,establish dynamic post adjustment mechanism and reasonably increase the proportion of senior posts in colleges and universities in Jiangxi province.
