添加剂和混合比例对籽粒苋、全株玉米与稻秸混合青贮品质的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为探讨化学添加剂和混合比例对籽粒苋、全株玉米和稻秸混合青贮品质的影响,试验以新鲜籽粒苋、全株玉米和稻秸为原料,以鲜重设置三种混合比例,分别为Ⅰ组(60:15:25)、Ⅱ组(65:10:25)和Ⅲ组(70:5:25)。每种混合比例设置5个处理,分别为甲酸组、乙酸组、苯甲酸钠组、苯丙氨酸组和CK对照组。每个处理3个重复,用聚乙烯塑料袋包装,抽真空后密封。样品置于室温条件下贮藏45 d后开袋取样分析。结果表明:Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组pH较Ⅲ组皆降低了1.26%(P<0.05),Ⅰ组青贮饲料的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维较Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别降低了15.23%、15.14%,17.52%、15.67%(P<0.05)。添加苯丙氨酸组粗蛋白质含量较其他添加剂组显著增长(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组的氨态氮较Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组分别降低21.23%、27.71%(P<0.05)。添加甲酸和乙酸可以显著降低青贮饲料的pH(P<0.05),添加剂对青贮饲料的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维无显著影响。综合来看,Ⅰ组的发酵品质较好。 The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of chemical additives on the quality of grain amaranth, whole plant corn and rice straw silage in different mixing ratios. Fresh grain amaranth, whole-crop corn and rice straw were used as raw materials, and the three mixing ratios were set by fresh weight, which were named group Ⅰ(60:15:25),group Ⅱ(65:10:25) and group Ⅲ(70:5:25). Five treatments were set for each mixing ratio, namely formic acid group, acetic acid group, sodium benzoate group,phenylalanine group, and unadded group was control group(CK). Each treatment was duplicated 3 times and packed in polyethylene plastic bag,vacuumed and sealed. The samples were stored at room temperature for 45 days and then opened for sampling analysis. The results showed that compared with group Ⅲ,the pH of groupⅠ and group Ⅱ all decreased 1.26%(P < 0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,silage of group Ⅰwere decreased 15.23%,17.52%,15.14%,15.67% in neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber(P <0.05). The addition of phenylalanine significantly increased the crude protein content of silage(P < 0.05). The ammonia nitrogen in group Ⅱ were decreased by 21.23%,27.71% compared with group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ (P <0.05) The addition of formic acid and acetic acid could significantly reduce the pH of silage(P < 0.05),and the additive has no significant effect on the neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of silage. In general, the fermentation quality of group I was better.
