摘要
高职院校在与幼儿园合作促进幼儿教师专业发展存在的问题:合作内容片面,形式表面化;合作途径少,且不正规;合作双方的积极性差别较大;合作效果无法达到预期。针对出现的众多问题,进行了原因分析:合作双方的事务性工作;缺乏统一的制度规范;双方合作的动机强度不同;合作双方的地位不同。
There are some problems in the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and kindergartens to promote preschool teachers’professional development:the content of cooperation is one-sided and the form is superficial;the ways of cooperation are few and irregular;the enthusiasm of both sides of cooperation is quite different;and the effect of cooperation cannot reach the expectation.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems:the transactional work of both parties;the lack of unified system;the different motivation and strength of cooperation;the different status of both sides.
