摘要
随着新冠肺炎疫情在世界范围内的爆发,中日韩三国率先受到波及,疫情波及范围广,感染人数众多。但三国政府均采取了有效措施,很快抑制了疫情,且在应对的措施上具有相似性,如应对的及时性、理念的互助性、执行的统一性以及法律的衔接性。后疫情时代,全球经济贸易流通和往来已然受到阻碍,区域合作成为必然趋势。因此,中日韩三国可以依托疫情期间形成的合作基础,进一步加大合作力度,积极搭建救灾物资和信息共享平台,建立国家间防疫合作沟通机制和应急处理体制,共同提升应对突发公共卫生事件的能力,不断拓展三国的合作途径,为推动东北亚区域整体发展奠定基础。
With the worldwide outbreak of COVID-19,China,Japan and South Korea were the first to be affected.The epidemic has spread in a wide range and has a large number of infections.However,the governments of the three countries have taken effective treatments to effectively contain the outbreak,and their solutions are similar,such as the timeliness of response,the mutual assistance of ideas,the uniformity of implementation,and the cohesion of laws.In the post-epidemic era,global economic and trade circulation and exchanges have been hindered,and regional cooperation has become an inevitable trend.Therefore,China,Japan and South Korea can rely on the cooperation foundation formed during the epidemic to further cooperation.They should actively build the sharing platforms for relief supplies and information,establish communication mechanism of epidemic prevention and emergency management system among the three countries,jointly improve the response to public health emergency,continuously expand of the cooperation channels among the three countries,and lay the foundation for the overall development of Northeast Asia.
