摘要
为准确掌握港区工作人员的实时位置和状态,优化遇险报警流程,结合涉水工程施工建设和港区管理人员安全管理的需求,研发智能安全终端,包括智能安全帽、人员定位卡和落水报警终端。在此基础上,设计应急报警流程,搭建基于浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)的安全监管智能系统,实现人员安全定位、应急报警、危险源和隐患管理等功能。在某沿海港口开展试点应用,结果表明,该系统具有良好的可操作性,能为港区现场工作人员安全监管提供便利,为港口的智能化发展提供基础。
The system is to help the port operators to monitor the real-time distribution of port workers and to have sufficient knowledge,should any accident happen,about the location and state of the persons who need help so as to improve the efficiency of the emergency rescue operation.It is built based on B/S(Browser/Server)and features human positioning,emergency alarming,risk management and some others.The intelligent security terminals,including the intelligent safety helmet,the positioning card,and the call-for-help device for falling in water,are developed specially for ports.The procedure of emergency reporting is developed.The feasibility of the system is demonstrated through the trial operation in ports.
