摘要
港口信息化建设是指在港口进行生产和经营的全过程中使用信息化手段进行港口建设和管理。港口建设工程中设施管理是极其重要的环节,由于各港口间信息化发展水平不平衡,仍有陈旧的管理模式存在,因此对现有的管理业务模式进行调整,规范港口设施的运营和维护,建设综合性、智慧化的港口设施维护管理系统十分必要。该系统采用B/S模式,结合交互式设计方法,针对港口设施管理不同用户设计开发了基于设施基本信息管理的五个业务子系统,以促进港口设施资源优化配置,提高港口管理人员的管理效率,规范港口设施维护管理业务。
The port information construction refers to the port construction and management by means of informationization in the whole process of the port operation,and the facility managementis a very important link in the port construction engineering.Due to the unbalanced informationization development among ports,there are still obsolete management modes.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the existing management mode,standardize the operation and maintenance of the port facilities,and build a comprehensive and intelligent maintenance and management system for the port facilities.This system adopts the B/S model and combines the interactive design method to develop the five subsystems based on the basic information management of facilities for the different users,which can promote the optimal allocation of the port facilities,improve the management efficiency and standardize the service of the maintenance and management of the port facilities.
