摘要 支持高水平综合大学开展教师教育是新时代加强我国教师教育体系建设的重要举措。我国高水平综合大学举办教师教育还处于探索阶段,在办高质量教师教育的信念、教师教育制度建设、专业建设、师范文化等方面还存在发展困境。高水平综合大学教师教育的发展应坚定教师教育乃国之重器的信念,树立举办一流教师教育的目标,建立完善的制度保障体系,开展高质量的专业建设,培育有显示度的师范文化,并且在信念、制度、专业和文化系统上协同推进,才能够遵循教师教育规律,彰显高水平综合大学的办学优势,培养新时代所希冀的高素质专业化创新型教师。 Supporting high-level comprehensive universities to carry out teacher education is an important measure to strengthen China’s teacher education system in the new era.Teacher education in high-level comprehensive universities in China is still in the exploratory stage,and there are still development difficulties in the belief of high-quality teacher education,the construction of teacher education system,the construction of specialties and teacher-training culture.To develop teacher education in high-level comprehensive universities should strengthen the belief that teacher education is our country’s most important weapon,set up the goal of holding first-class teacher education,establish a sound institutional guarantee system,carry out high-level construction of specialties,and cultivate a demonstrable teacher-training culture.Only by coordinating to perfect the beliefs,systems,specialties and cultural systems,can we follow the law of teacher education,demonstrate the advantages of high-level comprehensive universities,and cultivate high-quality professional and innovative teachers that are expected in the new era.
