外卖电动自行车在交叉口的风险行为研究 被引量:2

摘要 外卖骑手近些年交通事故频发,引发社会关注。研究外卖电动自行车在交叉口的风险行为,为提高城市道路交通安全水平提供建议。通过对北京市海淀区中关村东路与成府路的交叉口这一典型交叉路口进行实地调研,观察记录各主要平台外卖配送骑手在不同时段的骑行行为,总结典型风险行为,并通过统计分析方法研究不同外卖平台、不同时段的风险行为差异。结果表明:骑手在交叉口的闯红灯率、逆行率、使用手机比率较高,分别为0.598、0.344、0.153;不同平台骑手的风险行为无显著差异;不同时段,骑手的使用手机行为有显著差异;骑手的闯红灯率与订单数量存在正相关关系。在此基础上,为外卖配送骑手的交通风险行为管控提供了建议。 In recent years,the frequent traffic accidents of take-away riders have aroused social concern.The risk behavior of take-away electric bicycles at intersections is studied and the suggestions for improving the level of urban road traffic safety is proposed.Though the investigation of typical intersection of Zhongguancun East Road and Chengfu Road in Haidian District,the behaviors of riders in different periods of time on major platforms are observed and recorded,and the typical risk behaviors are summarized and the difference of risk behaviors in different periods of time on different take-away platforms is analysed through statistical study methods.The results show that riders have a high rate of running red lights,driving the wrong way and using mobile phone during cycling at intersection.They are 0.598,0.344 and 0.153 respectively.There is no significant difference in the risk behaviors of riders on different platforms;there are significant differences in the use of mobile phones among different periods of time;there is a positive correlation between the rate of running red light of riders and the number of orders.The suggestions are provided for the traffic risk behavior control of delivery riders.
