摘要
目的分析全自动血细胞分析仪与血涂片细胞形态学在血常规检验中的应用价值。方法选择我院符合我科室血常规复检规则的检验标本75例进行观察,针对75例血液标本全部实施手工复片,瑞氏染色、显微镜下阅片,继而实施相应的血细胞形态学检验操作,分析检测方式对于血常规检验标本的检测价值。结果全自动血细胞分析仪检测结果与相应的血细胞形态学复片检验结果之间存在较为显著的差异(P<0.05)。结论在血常规检验中实施全自动血细胞分析仪与血涂片细胞形态学联合检测的临床价值较高,能有效弥补单纯检测导致的不足之处,提高血常规检验的质量,为患者疾病的诊断及治疗提供有力参考。
Objective To analyze application value of automatic blood cell analyzer and blood smear cell morphology in blood routine test.Methods We chose 75 cases of blood samples in accordance with rules of blood routine re-examination in our hospital for observation.All 75 cases of blood samples were duplicated by hand,after Wright’s staining,they were watched under microscope.Carried out corresponding morphological examination of blood cells,and analyzed detection value of detection methods on blood routine examination samples.Results There was significant difference between results of automatic blood cell analyzer and corresponding blood cell morphology test results (P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion Combined detection of automatic blood cell analyzer and blood smear cell morphology can achieve high clinical value in routine blood test,make up for shortcomings caused by simple detection effectively,improve quality of blood routine test,and provide powerful reference for diagnosis and treatment of patients.
