摘要
习近平法治社会治理思想是习近平法治思想和习近平社会治理思想的有机统一,主要包括法治社会治理理念论、法治社会治理体系论和法治社会治理保障论三个方面。法治社会治理理念论指的是我国在法治国家建设过程中对处于社会层面的社会主体的发现和对这种主体地位的认可,这是习近平法治社会治理思想产生的条件。习近平法治社会治理体系论包括国家治理体系论中的社会治理体系论和中国特色社会主义社会治理体系论,它与习近平关于国家治理体系和治理能力现代化思想是紧密联系在一起的。习近平法治社会治理保障论包括政府依法治理和社会依法自治,这既是法治社会产生的依据,也是社会治理法治化的要求。
Xi Jinping ’s thought of social governance by law,the combination of Xi Jinping ’s thought of rule of law and Xi Jinping’s thought of social governance,is a theory mainly including the notion,the system and the guarantee of social governance by law. The first refers to the discovery of social subjects at the social level and the recognition of their status in the process of building a rule of law nation,from which Xi Jinping’s thought of social governance by law derived. The second includes the theory of social governance system of the ideology of national governance system and the theory of socialist social governance system with Chinese characteristics. It is closely linked to Xi Jinping’s idea of modernization of national governance system and governance capabilities. The last includes governmental rule by law and social self-governance by law,which is not only the basis of the rule of law society,but also the requirement of social governance by law.
