摘要
新疆基层社会治理法治化在治理主体、治理行为、治理规范和配套制度建设等方面还存在诸多难点。增强基层社会治理法治化,激发基层社会治理活力,应当始终坚持党的领导、系统构建基层社会治理法治实施体系。要进一步培育基层社会治理主体法治思维、明确多元主体参与基层社会治理的具体规则,为基层社会治理奠定坚实的法治基础。
There are still many difficulties in grassroots law-based social governance in Xinjiang,which were embodied in governance subjects,governance behaviors,governance norms and supporting system construction.To strengthen the grassroots law-based social governance and stimulate its vitality,we should always uphold the leadership of the Party and systematically establish a system for implementing grassroots law-based social governance.We need to further cultivate the legal thinking of the main bodies of grassroots social governance,and clarify specific rules for the participation of multiple bodies in social governance,so as to lay a solid legal foundation for grassroots law-based social governance.
