摘要
我国民族地区在国家不同发展阶段都扮演着各不相同的重要角色,并肩负着不同的历史使命。目前,城镇化与乡村振兴是我国发展战略中的关键,而民族地区的城镇化模式的选择与三农工作队伍的组建更是其中关键的一环。因此,探索民族地区城镇化与三农工作队伍组建之间的关系具有重要的现实意义。基于此,着眼于当前民族地区城镇化路径选择与三农工作队伍组建两者进程中的相互作用进行分析,认为民族地区城镇化模式的选择对三农工作队伍组建有着极大的影响。最终提出相关建议,望对现实发展进程提供有效助力。
China’s ethnic areas play different important roles in different stages of national development,and they have different historical missions.At present,urbanization and rural revitalization are the key to China’s development strategy,and the choice of urbanization mode in ethnic areas and the formation of three rural work teams are the key links.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the relationship between urbanization in ethnic areas and the formation of the three rural work teams.Based on this,this paper analyzes the interaction between the path selection of urbanization in ethnic areas and the construction of the work team for agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and holds that the choice of urbanization mode in ethnic areas has a great impact on the construction of the work team for agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions,hoping to provide effective assistance to the actual development process.
