摘要
西部民族地区城镇化落后性的主要原因是人口流动的凝固性、技术水平的停滞性、制度建设的僵化性和低梯度增长的落后性,加快西部民族地区城镇化步伐,实现农牧民人口的城镇化,必须结合地区特点,实施农牧民的知识化工程、推进技术的跨越式发展、实现制度创新。
The main reason which cause the backwardness of theurbanization of western ethnic minority region,thesolidifiability of population flowing,stagnation of the technical1evels.the stiffness of system construction.backwardness of lowgradient growth.We must accelerate the urbanization paces inthe western ethnic minority region.Realizing peasants andherdsmen population'S urbanization must combine the regionalcharacteristic.Implement the more educated proi ects of peasantsand herdsmen.Advance the development of 1eap-type oftechnology and realize sy stem innov ation.
