摘要
PPLN晶体作为激光器中非线性系数较高的倍频晶体,与掺钕晶体构成腔内倍频的激光器,一般在中低功率密度的激光器中使用,其尺寸小,透光范围宽,对可见光产生的基频波和谐波的损耗小并且成本低,工艺成熟,易于批量生产。而基模激光器相对于多模激光器而言具有更好的光斑质量,更适用于一些高端的应用领域,例如医疗、军事等。本文介绍了基于PPLN晶体的绿光基模激光器的国内外研究进展,以及激光器的原理与构造,并通过实验研究,设计了一种由Nd:YVO4和PPLN组成的绿光模组,只需要调节该模组即可呈现出基模,极大的简化了激光器的制造过程,并对实验进行了一些改进,获得了较好的实验结果。
With the development of laser technology,single-frequency lasers are widely used in laser ranging,laser medical treatment,laser spectroscopy and other fields due to their excellent monochromaticity,high efficiency and narrow bandwidth. There are many ways to achieve laser single-frequency output. This article uses the short-range absorption method;shorten the distance between the PPLN crystal and the Nd: YVO4 crystal to 1 mm,and make it into a green module to achieve single longitudinal mode output. When the temperature is 28. 5 ℃,and the LD pump ’s pumping power is 0. 8 W,the single-frequency green light output of 60 m W is obtained,the optical-to-optical conversion rate is 7. 1%,and its line width is 120 MHz,realising another single-frequency green laser. Breakthrough.
