端面泵浦、被动调Q激光器实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对激光标记机市场的需求,设计了一种紧凑型短腔、被动调Q的激光二极管端面泵浦Nd:YAG的激光器,该激光器采用15W光纤输出半导体激光器作为泵浦源,将Nd:YAG激光介质与被动调Q晶体Cr4+:YAG进行键合,激光谐振腔长为100mm。在注入功率为15W时,得到调Q输出激光平均功率为4.58W,调Q频率为10k Hz,脉冲宽度为8.93ns,输出光束为基模,M2为1.3。标记实验表明该型激光器的标记效果超过10W光纤激光器,具有很高的推广应用前景。 Aiming at the laser marking machine market demand, a compact laser cavity, passively Q-switched end pumped Nd:YAG laser by LD was designed, the power of semiconductor laser isl5W, the laser medium Nd:YAG Cr : YAG crystal, laser resonator as long as 100mm. When the injection power is 15W, the average was bonding with 4+ power of the output laser is 4.58W, the frequency is lOkHz, the pulse width is 8.93ns, the output beam is the base mode, and the Me is 1.3. The marking experiment shows that the marking effect of this type of laser is more than 10W fiber laser. It has a very high prospect of application.
