摘要
通过分析含有热透镜的平平腔结构腔模及聚焦位置对倍频效率的影响,设计了聚焦位置不随入射高斯光束束腰大小而改变的倍频聚焦结构,进一步分析了周期极化晶体PPMg OLN的最佳匹配温度、温度和波长接收带宽等参数。实验上使用光纤耦合激光二极管泵浦Nd:YVO4,在最大30W泵浦功率时获得了14.3W多纵模1064nm激光输出,通过腔内插入双标准具,获得了12.3W单纵模输出。使用15×2.1×0.5mm的PPMg OLN分别对多纵模和单纵模基频光进行倍频,分别获得了0.97和1.16W绿光输出,相应转换效率为6.8%和9.4%。所得到的理论分析和实验结果可推广到连续光纤激光器腔外倍频产生绿光中。
The transverse mode of plane-plane cavity containing thermal lens is analyzed. The influence of focusing position on the frequency doubling efficient is also analyzed. A focusing structure of unchangeable focusing position is proposed for the varying beam waist radius of incident Gaussian beam. Parameters of PPMg OLN such as best matching temperature,temperature and wavelength receiving bandwidth are obtained by drawing sinc2 function. In experiments,using fiber coupled laser diode pumped Nd: YVO4,14. 3W multi-longitudinal mode laser of 1064 nm are obtained at the maximum 30 W pump power. When two Fabry-Perot etalons are used in the cavity,the laser operates in single longitudinal mode at output power of 12. 3W. PPMg OLN with the size of 15 ×2. 1 ×0. 5mm is used as frequency doubling crystal. Output power of 0. 97 and 1. 16 W green output with efficiency of 6. 8% and 9. 4% are obtained for multi and single longitudinal mode,respectively. The theoretical analysis and experimental results can be extended to the continuous fiber laser external cavity frequency doubling.
