减压沸腾清洗机提高管腔类器械清洗质量的效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨减压沸腾清洗机在提高腔镜类器械清洗质量中的效果。方法:在减压沸腾清洗机应用后及相关强化工作质量管理措施实施后(2020年5月1日~2020年5月31日)和实施前(2020年4月1日~2020年4月30日),各抽检手术室复用医疗器械包110套,作为对照组和观察组。对照组采用管腔类清洗架进喷淋清洗机,观察组应用减压沸腾清洗机完成器械清洗消毒,对比两组抽检器械清洗质量。结果:观察组清洗合格率(99.09%)、器械周转率(89.09%)显著高于对照组(88.18%、71.82%),器械报损率(9.09%)显著低于对照组(16.36%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.723,5.114,6.856,P=0.021,0.019,0.011)。结论:应用减压沸腾清洗机,并强化管理措施,可有效提升清洗质量。 Objective:To explore the effect of a vacuum boiling cleaning machine on improving the cleaning quality of endoscopic instruments.Methods:After the application of the decompression boiling cleaning machine and the implementation of relevant enhanced work quality management measures(May 1,2020~May 31,2020)and before the implementation(April 1,2020~April 30,2020),the random inspection operation rooms are reused 110 sets of medical equipment kits were used as the control group and the observation group.The control group used the lumen cleaning rack into the spray cleaning machine,and the observation group used the decompression boiling cleaning machine to complete the cleaning and disinfection of the equipment.The cleaning quality of the two groups was compared.Results:The cleaning qualification rate(99.09%)and the equipment turnover rate(89.09%)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(88.18%,71.82%),and the equipment damage rate(9.09%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(16.36%).It is statistically significant(χ2=4.723,5.114,6.856,P=0.021,0.019,0.011).Conclusion:The application of reduced pressure boiling cleaning machine and strengthening management measures can effectively improve the cleaning quality.
