摘要
目的 比较使用全自动减压沸腾清洗机和传统手工清洗消毒方法对洗耳球清洗消毒效果的影响。方法 收集解放军总医院第一医学中心消毒供应中心2023年1-6月的240件污染洗耳球,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用全自动减压沸腾清洗消毒机进行清洗消毒,对照组采用传统手工清洗消毒方法。采用目测法结合ATP生物荧光检测法,对比检测清洗时间与不同清洗方式洗耳球的清洗质量。结果 实验组洗耳球清洗合格率为98.3%,对照组洗耳球清洗合格率为88.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组ATP生物荧光剂检测结果显示,减压沸腾清洗消毒机清洗质量优于传统的手工清洗消毒(P<0.05);实验组清洗平均用时为(2.28±0.95)min,低于对照组的(11.72±0.81)min(P<0.05);实验组的洗耳球损耗率优于对照组(P<0.05);清洗前,两组细菌菌落比较,差异无统计学意义,清洗消毒后,两组细菌菌落均较消毒前低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 全自动减压沸腾清洗消毒机清洗后的洗耳球优于传统的手工清洗消毒,可有效提高洗耳球的清洗质量和提高工作效率。
OBJECTIVE To compare the effect of automatic vacuum boiling cleaning machine and traditional manual cleaning and disinfection method on cleaning and disinfection of ear syringe. METHODS A total of 240 contaminated ear syringe were collected in disinfection and supply center in the First Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital, and were divided into the experimental group and control group by using the random number assay. The experimental group used automatic vacuum boiling cleaning machine for cleaning and disinfection, and the control group used traditional manual cleaning and disinfection method. The cleaning quality of ear syringes and the cleaning time between two cleaning methods were compared by visual inspection and ATF bioluminescence detection. RESULTS The qualified rate of ear syringe cleaning in the experimental group was 98.3%, and that in the control group was 88.3%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). ATP bioluminescence detection showed that the cleaning quality of the vacuum boiling cleaning and disinfection machine was better than that of the traditional manual cleaning and disinfection(P<0.05);the average cleaning time in the experimental group was(2.28±0.95) minutes, which was lower than that of(11.72±0.81) minutes in the control group(P<0.05). The loss rate of ear syringe in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The difference in the bacterial count detected between the two groups was not significant before cleaning. After cleaning and disinfection, bacterial count was lower and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The automatic vacuum boiling cleaning and disinfection machine is better than the traditional manual cleaning and disinfection method, which can effectively improve the cleaning quality and work efficiency of the ear syringe.
