基于“超分子化学-配体垂钓”理论构建中药活性组分缓控释制剂体系 被引量:2

Based on the theory of ‘supramolecular chemistry-ligand fishing’ to construct the slow and controlled release preparation system of active components of Chinese medicines

摘要 中药剂型的设计必须符合中医药治疗疾病的作用特点,但由于中药成分复杂,理化性质体现表观性等一系列关键问题尚未阐释清楚,体现中药精髓的缓控释制剂研发陷入了瓶颈。从中药制剂学本身发展的需要,现在迫切要求吸取现代科学技术的成果来发展中药的制剂理论与技术。因此,本课题组从中药多组分多靶点的角度,在中医药理论指导下,通过"超分子化学-配体垂钓"理论构建中药活性组分"整体受控、同步溶蚀"的缓控释制剂体系,实现中药缓控释制剂各活性组分整体受控、按一定的构成比同步释放,符合临床中医用药的特点,为中药复方缓释制剂的研制与开发提供一定参考和借鉴。 The design of Chinese medicines(CM) dosage forms must conform to the characteristics of TCM in the treatment of diseases. However, due to the complexity of CM ingredients and the apparent physical and chemical properties of CM, a series of key issues have not been explained clearly. The research and development of slow-release and controlled-release preparations embodying the essence of CM has fallen into a bottleneck. From the needs of the development of CM preparation, it is urgent to absorb the achievements of modern science and technology to develop the preparation theory and technology of CM. Therefore, from the perspective of multi-component and multi-target of CM, under the guidance of the theory of CM, through the ‘supramolecular chemistry ligand fishing’ theory, this paper constructs a controlled release preparation system of ‘overall controlled and simultaneous dissolution’ of the active components of CM, which realizes the overall controlled release of all the active components of CM and synchronous release according to a certain composition ratio, which is in line with the characteristics of clinical CM, it can provide some references for the research and development of compound sustained-release preparations.
