摘要
"剂型"是医学和药学领域常用名词,是指将原料药加工制成适合于医疗或预防应用的形式。殷商朝就已有酒剂、汤剂等剂型的出现,从《五十二病方》始,历代众多医学书籍多记载有一些剂型。有关名词"成剂药"在《肘后备急方》中首次提出,《伤寒明理论·卷下·麻黄汤方》较早记载了"制剂"一词,与"剂型"术语内涵有别,但却包含了一定的剂型之意。《中医药的科学方向》中较早的记载了"剂型"一词。自"剂型"一词在中医药界使用以来,之后的著作、辞典、工具书及教科书类多有沿用,对后世有较大影响。
The’preparation’is a common term in the field of medicine and pharmacy.It refers to the process of processing the material medicine into the form of medical or preventive application.Preparation as wine,and decoction appeared in Yin Shang Dynasty.Since Fifty-two Bing Fang,preparation was documented in many medical books.The noun’formulation agent’was first put forward in the Zhouhou Beiji Fang.Shanghan Mingli Lun·Juanxia·Mahuangtangfang recorded the word’preparation’,which is different from the term’preparation’we used now,but they shared common meaning partly.In the Scientific Direction of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the term’preparation’was recorded.Since the use of the word’preparation’in the Chinese medicine,the following works,dictionaries,tool books and textbooks have been widely used,and have great influence on later generations.
