摘要 分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)是含有与待分离目标化合物结构相同或相似空腔的主客体复合物,具有对目标化合物选择性识别、特异性结合、高效率富集等特点。与传统的提取分离技术相比,MIPs制备工艺简单、提取分离快速并可重复使用。根据制备原理不同,MIPs的制备方法包括本体聚合法、悬浮聚合法、乳液聚合法、沉淀聚合法、溶胶-凝胶法、表面分子印迹等方法等。随着分子印迹技术与化学合成及现代分析检测等多学科交叉技术的不断发展,MIPs在中药有效成分分离与筛选、有毒成分去除及代谢成分的分离等领域有良好的应用前景和研究价值。 Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs)are guest-host complexes with the same or similar cavities as the structure of target compounds to be separated,which have the characteristics of selective recognition,specific binding and efficient enrichment.Compared with the traditional extraction and separation technology,MIPs have the advantages of simple preparation process,rapid extraction and separation,and can be reused.According to the principle of preparation,the preparation methods of MIPs include bulk polymerization,suspension polymerization,emulsion polymerization,precipitation polymerization,sol-gel method,surface molecular imprinting and so on.With the development of molecular imprinting technology,chemical synthesis,modern analysis and detection,MIPs have good application prospects and research value in the fields of separation and screening of effective components,removal of toxic components and separation of metabolic components.
