摘要
采用悬浮聚合法制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)微球,通过对分散剂、搅拌速度、反应温度、反应时间等影响因进行分析,研究对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)微球尺寸进行控制的条件。实验结果表明:悬浮聚合法制备PMMA微球过程中,在350rpm转速下,初始温度80℃反应4小时后,升温到110℃继续反应2小时,得到的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球是窄尺寸分布的高分子微球。
In this paper,polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)microsphere was prepared by the method of suspension polymerization,then the control conditions for its size were studied by analyzing the influence factors such as dispersant,stirring speed,reaction temperature and time.The experimental results show that during the preparation of PMMA microsphere by the method of suspension polymerization,the reaction was carried out at 350 rpm with an in-itial temperature of 80℃ for 4 hours,and then the temperature was raised to 110℃ for 2 hours.The polymethyl methacrylate microsphere obtained was narrowly distributed polymer microsphere.
