摘要
针对数控皮革裁剪机在裁剪过程中裁刀的运动控制进行了研究,通过分析数控裁剪过程中裁刀正切运动的特点,依据时间分割法原理和优化方法,推导出了一种通用的正切运动控制算法。仿真分析结果表明,该插补算法能有效实现皮革裁剪机的裁剪轨迹要求。
The tangent motion control algorithm of cutter in CNC leather cutting machine was studied.Through analyzing motion characteristic of the CNC leather cutting machine,a universal tangent motion control algorithm was proposed based on the time-slicing method and optimization method.The simulation of garment piece cutting shows that the proposed interpolation algorithm meets requirement of cutting motion effectively.
