摘要
运架一体机因其运梁过隧速度快,能够满足隧道进出口架梁甚至隧道内架梁,在桥隧频繁转换的山区铁路施工中具有独特的优势。2017年9月,高速铁路40 m简支箱梁已经正式确定在郑济铁路黄河特大桥、福厦铁路湄.洲湾特大桥工程试点应用,其中湄洲湾特大桥采用一体机进行架设,由于现有运架一体机不能满足40 m梁运架要求,且不具备改造价值,研制一种新型运架一体机势在必行。本文分析了现有运架一体机的技术特点及改造可行性,阐述了千吨级40 m梁昆仑号架桥机两种总体方案,即上导梁式运架一体机和下导梁式运架一体机方案,对这两种方案的设计思路、优点、特点进行了介绍,并将两种方案的经济性、适应性和安全性进行了对比,最终决定昆仑号架桥机采用上导梁式运架一体机加工制造,通过对现场测试和应用情况的分析,验证了所选择方案的合理性,为下一步深化研究奠定了基础。
The transporting and erecting combination machine has unique advantages in the construction of mountainous high-speed railway where bridge and tunnel are frequently transformed because of its fast speed of transporting beams through the tunnel,which can satisfy the needs of erecting beam at the tunnel's entrance and even in the tunnel.In September 2017,the 40 m box girder of the high-speed railway has been determined to apply in the Yellow River Bridge of Zhengzhou-Jinan Railway and Meizhou Bay Bridge of Fuzhou Xiamen Railway,in which the Meizhou Bay Bridge is set up by the transporting and erecting combination machine.As the existing transporting and erecting combination machine can't meet the erecting requirements and has no modified value,it is imperative to develop a new type of integrated machine.In the paper,the authors analyzed the technical characteristic and innovation feasibility of the existed transporting and erecting combination machine,explained two general schemes of Kunlun bridge erecting machine with kiloton class 40 m beam,namely,the upper and under nose girder transporting and erecting combination machine,and introduced the design philosophy,advantages and features of the schemes.After comparing the economy,adaptability and safety of the schemes,it was decided that the Kunlun bridge erecting machine was manufactured by the upper nose girder transporting and erecting combination machine.By analyzing the result of site test and situation of application,the rationality of the general scheme was verified,which laid the foundation for the deep research.
