摘要 高速铁路预制架设的1000 t/40 m混凝土双线简支箱梁由我国自主创新设计,目前正处于推广应用阶段。结合其在国内时速350 km高铁线路进行第一次大规模应用的南沿江城际高速铁路工程架设实际,对运梁车、架桥机的设备选型进行分析;阐述超低净空运梁、低位喂梁、快速变跨、标准工况架梁等关键施工技术;并在施工过程中,根据设备实际应用需要对该运梁车及架桥机进行了优化、改进。实践表明:选用的TJ-JQS1000 t/40 m架桥机、TJ-YLS1000/40运梁车这套运架装备,通过其快速变跨施工技术,结合施工过程改进的首末孔箱梁架设加装落梁卷扬机、运梁车加装后驮梁台车动力发电机组、优化下横移轨道提升方式及线缆的拆装方法等措施,进一步提升箱梁架设施工效率,实现了最高24 h架设6孔、平均日架3孔40 m梁的快速施工目标,可为类似架梁工程提供参考。 The 1000 t/40 m concrete double track simply supported box girder,prefabricated and erected in high-speed railway,is designed independently by China,and is now in the stage of popularization and application.Combined with the erection practice of the South Riverside intercity high-speed railway project,which has been widely used for the first time in the domestic high-speed railway line with a speed of 350 km/h,the equipment selection of beam carrier and bridge erecting machine was analyzed.This paper discussed the key construction technologies such as ultra-low clearance beam transportation,low-level beam feeding,rapid span change and beam erection under standard working conditions.In the construction process,the beam carrier and bridge erecting machine were optimized and improved according to the actual application needs of the equipment.The practice shows that the construction efficiency of box girder erection is improved because of selecting of the TJ-JQS1000 t/40 m bridge erecting machine and TJ-YLS1000/40 beam carrier,which is to further improve the construction efficiency of box girder erection through their rapid span changing construction technology,and combined with the measures improved in the construction process,such as the installation of beam dropping winch for the erection of head and end hole box girder,the installation of power generator set for back-up beam trolley for beam carrier,the optimization of the lifting mode of down traverse track and the disassembly and assembly method of cables.The rapid construction goal of erecting 6-hole beams and 3-hole 40 m beams per day is achieved,which can provide reference for similar beam erection projects.
