高铁单线粱施工DF550型架桥机的设计及应用研究

摘要 随着中国高铁建设的高速发展,城际快速及高铁主要线路的互通线即我们常称作'联络线'建设日益增多,比起高铁主要线路的双线梁,联络线多为单线梁,且多为小曲线、大纵坡、隧道口架设等难度较大的施工条件.根据施工实际要求,架桥机还需要自助降低高度并通过配套轮胎式运梁车低位驮运通过单线隧道,并能自助站立具备隧道口架梁的功能.针对此种实际工程的要求,研制出DF550型架桥机,并在长株潭、杭黄线等高铁单线梁架设施工中成功应用.该架桥机的成功应用为今后类似高铁架桥机及线路设计提供坚实的理论依据及实践经验. Along with the rapid development of China' s high-speed railway, more and more railway connection lines, called as railway connections, were built for urban expressway and main high-speed railway. Compared with the double track beam of the high-speed railway, most of the connection lines are single track with difficult construction conditions such as small curve,large longitudinal slop and launching at the beginning of the tunnel. According to the actual conditions, the bridge girder launcher also needs to be able to low height by itself, and passes single-line tunnel by wheeled girder carrier, and erects by itself while launching girder at the beginning of the tunnel. To solve these problems,we designed DF500 bridge girder launcher for the construction of single-line in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Expressway Project and Hangzhou-Huangshan High-speed Railway Project. The successful application of the bridging machine could provide solid theoretical and practical experience for high-speed railway girder launcher designing and route planning in the future.
