摘要
研究目的:40 m标准跨径高速铁路箱梁是我国未来高铁建设的重要技术之一,为研究高速铁路40 m箱梁结构振动与噪声特性,本文基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论,利用有限元和边界元法分析40 m箱梁结构动力特性、局部振动和结构噪声特点,并与32 m箱梁进行比较分析。研究结论:(1)在高速列车的主要运行速度范围内,40 m箱梁动力系数小于32 m箱梁;(2)40 m与32 m箱梁各测点加速度振级峰值均在40~63 Hz范围内,除底板振动加速度级相当外,40 m箱梁顶板、腹板和翼缘板振动加速度级峰值均小于32 m箱梁对应位置振动测点;(3)对于40 m箱梁,20 m范围内沿水平方向各测点峰值声压级变化不大,竖向测点沿高度方向逐渐变小,沿高度方向每上升2 m,其声压级降低约2 dB;选取空间关键点比较分析可知,40 m箱梁峰值声压级略低于同等空间位置32 m箱梁;(4)本研究成果可为40 m高速铁路箱梁的设计、环境噪声评估及降噪方案提供一定参考。
Research purposes: The 40 m standard span box girder of high speed railway is one of the important technologies for China' s future high speed rail construction. Based on the theory of vehicle-track-bridge coupling dynamics,the dynamic characteristics,local vibration and structural noise characteristics of 40 m box girder are analyzed by using finite element method and boundary element method. In order to study the vibration and noise characteristics of 40 m box girder structure of high-speed railway,32 m box girder was compared and analyzed.Research conclusions:(1) In the main running speed range of high speed train,the dynamic coefficient of 40 m box girder is less than 32 m box girder.(2) The acceleration peak of 40 m and 32 m box girder is in the range of 40 ~ 63 Hz,except for floor vibration acceleration,the peak of the vibration velocity of the roof,web and flange of 40 m box girder is less than 32 m corresponding to the position vibration measurement.(3) For 40 m box girder,the peak sound pressure has little change in the range of 20 m,the vertical pressure measuring point is gradually smaller in the height direction,and the sound pressure level is reduced by about 2 d B for each 2 m increase. The comparison of the key points in the selected space shows that the peak sound pressure level of the 40 m box is slightly lower than that of the equivalent space position 32 m box girder.(4) The research results can provide some reference for the design,the assessment of environmental noise and the scheme of noise reduction of 40 m high speed railway box girder.
