摘要
为了降低轻型森林消防运兵车车身结构振动噪声,测算发动机在怠速工况及高转速工况下对车身的激励,基于有限元法对车身结构做频响分析,通过直接边界元法对车室声腔进行声场分析并预测乘员耳旁噪声,用ATV法针对关注频率进行板块贡献量分析,找到对场点贡献量最大的板块,所提出改进的方案使驾驶员及乘员耳旁峰值噪声下降了2.07%~4.28%。研究表明,该方法简便有效,为改善消防车舒适性、提高战斗力有积极作用。
In order to reduce structure-borne noise of light forest personnel carriers, excitation of engine in idle condition and high speed condition to the vehicle body was measured and calculated. Body structure frequency response was analyzed based on finite element method(FEM). The acoustic field inside the car was analyzed, and the noise beside ears of the crew was predicted by boundary element method(BEM). The panel contribution to the vehicle were analyzed based on the acoustic transfer vector(ATV) method. The largest contribution to the field point of the plate was found. Peak noise beside ears of the driver and the crew was decreased by 2.07% -4.28% after the improvement with the proposed scheme. Research result shows that the method is simple and effective, and it has a positive effect on improving the comfort and the fighting capacity of fire personnel carriers.
